This baked rice custard is truly amazing and perfect for large family dinners as a wonderful dessert. A very easy recipe to follow and enjoy.
Cooked white rice | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Milk | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
Condensed milk | 400 Gram | |
Eggs | 3 | |
Sultanas | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) |
MAKING:
1. Preheat oven 180ºC. In a bowl, stir together all the ingredients.
2. Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Bake until set, about 40 minutes.
