Dinner recipes for the family don't get easier than this! Tender juicy baked chicken breasts glazed with honey and lemon.
Chicken breasts | 4 | |
Lemon | 2 | |
Rosemary sprig | 2 | |
Honey | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Water | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste |
MAKING:
1. Place chicken breasts into baking dish, place over lemon slices, tuck in rosemary springs and pour over honey and water.
2. Season and bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 30-35 minutes.
SERVING:
3. Serve immediately.
