How to make methi muthiya:
Fenugreek leaves 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Wheat flour 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Gram flour 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Semolina 2 Tablespoon
Ginger, garlic & green chilli paste 1 Tablespoon
Lemon 1 , juiced
Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Sugar 1 Tablespoon
Red chilli powder 2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Refined oil 1 Tablespoon
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (use as required)
Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)
How to make curry:
Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
Asafoetida 1/8 Teaspoon
Ginger & green chilli paste 1 Teaspoon
Tomato puree 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Turmeric powder 1/2 Tablespoon
Cumin seeds powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Coriander seeds powder 1 Tablespoon
Red chilli powder 1 Tablespoon
Sugar 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (use as required)
