Are you a Taco Bell pizza lover? I am but guess what, Taco Bell is discontinuing many items from the menu. So I thought I would share my simple version of Homemade Mexican Pizza. Hope you make and share with me how it turns out for you.
For the taco enchilada sauce: | ||

Onion | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Garlic | 6 Clove (30 gm) | |
Tomato | 1 Large | |
Mild chili | 6 Large (dried) | |
Cumin seeds | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
For the refried beans | ||
Dry pinto beans | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
Minced garlic | 1 Teaspoon | |
Cumin powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Paprika powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
For assembling the pizza: | ||
Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Tomatoes | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , finely chopped | |
Spring onion | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , finely chopped | |
Sliced jalapeno | To Taste |
