Today's recipe is dedicated to the unexpected gem of the Indian Cricket Team, who is has taken wickets for the team always - Yuzvendra Chahal. An emerging bowler from IPL to Indian Cricket Team, and a talented spinner!


For preparing pakode:
Gram flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (use as required)
Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For deep frying)
For preparing dahi kadhi:
Gram flour 1 Tablespoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Curd 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Mustard seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
Asafoetida 1/2 Teaspoon
Dried red chillies 4
Curry leaves 10
For preparing tempering:
Ghee 2 Tablespoon
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 Teaspoon
