Vegetable stock 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
How to make creamy malai kofta gravy:
Oil 1 Teaspoon
Dried fenugreek leaves 1 Teaspoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
