Raw turnip | 1 | |

Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
Ground pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |

Roasted cumin | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Smoked paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
Italian seasoning | 1 Tablespoon | |
Onion | 1/2 Medium | |
Yellow bell pepper | 1/2 | |
Red bell pepper | 1/2 |
GETTING READY:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
MAKING:
2. Using a medium saucepan; place enough water to cover the turnips then add the chicken bouillon.
3. Boil the turnips until softened, drain and set aside.
4. Remove the casing of the sausages and form them into bite size pieces.
5. In a casserole dish add the chopped vegetables, and combine with the seasonings. Add the sausage balls and pour oil over the vegetables and meat. Mix to combine.
6. Bake for 30 minutes. Turning at the half way point.
