For preparing bhature:
All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Semolina 2 Tablespoon
Baking soda 1/2 Teaspoon
Powdered sugar 1 Teaspoon
Curd 2 Tablespoon
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (use as required)
Oil 1 Tablespoon
For preparing bhature:
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Ghee 1 Teaspoon
Onion 1
Salt To Taste
Red chilli powder 1 Tablespoon
Garam masala powder 1 Tablespoon
Fennel seeds 1 Teaspoon
Coriander seeds 1 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
Pomegranate kernels 1 Teaspoon
Raw mango powder 1 Teaspoon
Tomato 1
Ginger garlic and green chili paste 1 Teaspoon
Cooked chickpeas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Other ingredients
Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)
