Hariyali Biriyani means a Biriyani with greenish touch. It tastes very different and delicious.
Hariyali Chicken Biryani is also known as Hariyali Murg Biryani. Hariyali Murg Biryani is a delicious and aromatic biryani recipe, made using basmati rice, spinach, Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, and Chicken.

Ingredients

To cook rice:
Water 1 Liter
Salt 1 Tablespoon
Basmati rice 1/2 Kilogram
Green chillies 3
Fried onions 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Bay leaf 1
To make green paste:
Coriander leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Mint leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Spinach leaves 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (balanced)
Green chillies 9
Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Garlic 20 Clove (100 gm)
Ginger 2 Inch
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
Water 1 Tablespoon
To marinate chicken:
Chicken 1 Kilogram (Leg & Thigh)
Yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Garam masala 2 Teaspoon
Fried onions 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
To cook biryani:
Oil 3 Tablespoon
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
Bay leaf 1
Cinnamon stick 1 Inch
Green cardamoms 3
Black cardamom 1
Cloves 3
Salt To Taste
Milk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Saffron strands 1 Pinch
Tomato 1
Eggs 3 (hard
Fried onions 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
