Shrimp toast or prawn toast is a Chinese dim sum dish. It is made from mall triangles of bread with a simple whizzed up prawn mixture, coat in sesame seeds, and fry to golden perfection.

Light soy sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Fish sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |

Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Black pepper powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Egg white | 1/2 | |
For coating & frying prawn bread : | ||
Bread slices | 2 (cut into 4 triangles) | |
Sesame seeds | 1 1/2 Tablespoon (White & Black) | |
Oil | 6 Tablespoon |
