The Only Bean With Bacon Soup Recipe You Need To Make Now

Welcome Friends! Welcome back to the kitchen today we're going to make a soup recipe. A very simple soup that relies on very simple ingredients: Beans and Bacon.

Ingredients

Bacon 250 Gram
Onion 1
Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Diced carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
Pepper To Taste
Salt To Taste
Dried chipotle peppers 2 Teaspoon
Broth 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Stewed tomatoes 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Canned beans 1080 Milliliter

Directions

MAKING:

1. In Dutch oven or soup pot, cook bacon over until fat is rendered and bacon is crisp.

2. Add onion, celery, carrot, and garlic; cook until onion is softened.

3. Add oregano, salt, black pepper and dried chipotle, stir in.

4. Stir in beans, tomatoes, and broth; reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook for 30 - 60 minutes
