This is a seriously good recipe for Jamaican-inspired Plantain Fritters with Gochujang-Maple Syrup. Its sweet and sticky and comes loaded with some raw conversations with writer/chef Sang Kim, including about his formative years growing up in Torontos Jane-Finch housing projects and one particular Jamaican family (the great RB legend missjullyblack 's family) that opened their doors to him whenever he was hungry. This is a special episode and a tribute to all our brothers and sisters fighting this generation-defining fight against racism.
