Sindhi Tomato Curry is very delicious and nutritious dish. This tangy curry is made with roasted gram flour, Tomato Puree mix of vegetables. This Sindhi Kadhi is one of the very popular recipes and commonly consumed with plain steamed rice and papad.


Oil 2 Tablespoon
Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
Asafoetida 1/4 Teaspoon
Ginger 1 Tablespoon
Green chillies 3
Fenugreek seeds 15
Gram flour 3 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
Tomato puree 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Water 1 Deciliter (use as required)
Salt 1 Tablespoon
Curry leaves sprig 1
Drumsticks 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Potato 1
Boiled chickpeas 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cluster beans 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Lady finger 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Tamarind 1 Tablespoon
