Dosa is one of the famous South Indian recipes, we have seen and eaten many variants of Dosa. Our Chef Archana Arte brings to you once such a healthy easy variant of Dosa recipe that is "Wheat Dosa - Ghavacha Dosa". Ghavacha Dosa is made from whole wheat flour, jaggery water. This delicious recipe is similar to that of healthy whole wheat Pancake.

Jaggery water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Semolina 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Ghee To Taste
