Boondi Raita a very commonly served condiment /accompaniment in a thali. It's healthy, nutritious, and delicious to have and often served chilled with rice recipes like Biryani and pulav.


Boondi 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Black salt To Taste
Cumin seeds powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Sugar To Taste
Red chilli powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Coriander leaves To Taste
