Cold Pasta Salad / Easy Salad With Pantry Staples

With limited supplies, this is an easy salad to put together with whatever ingredients you have on hand.

Ingredients

For dressing:
Sun dried tomatoes
Black kalamata olives 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Capers 1 Tablespoon
Bottled roasted peppers 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Other ingredient
Penne 500 Gram
Sundried tomatoes 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Black olives 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Halved cherry tomatoes 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped parsley 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped feta cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Parmesan 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Pepper To Taste
Salt To Taste

Directions

MAKING:

1. Add all the dressing ingredients into the food processor and blend

2. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water and drain

3. Add the cooled pasta in a bowl and add the dressing and mix well

4. Add the sun-dried tomatoes, olives, cherry tomatoes, parsley, feta, parmesan, salt & pepper to taste

SERVING:

5. Serve cold
