|Cream cheese||8 Ounce|
|Mayonnaise||3/4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Onion powder||1/4 Teaspoon|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Coby cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pepper jack cheese||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pimento peppers||4 Ounce|
|Black pepper||1 Teaspoon|
1. Add the cream cheese and mayonnaise to a medium bowl. Then add the onion powder and garlic powder.
2. Use a hand blender to combine until fluffy. Add the cheddar cheese and pepper jack cheese, and fold in.
3. Then add the pimento peppers and scallions. Season the mixture with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix to combine.
