Four Cheese Pizza Wood Fired Quattro Formaggi

Welcome Friends. Welcome to another pizza of the week. This week we're going to do a Quattro Formaggio (or Quattro Formaggi) and you can use any four cheeses that you wish. Any four kinds of cheese that you think go together. This week I'm gonna use mozzarella, gorgonzola, Grana Padano and provolone, I think that is a pretty good combination.
