Tasty and tender Pot Roast is easiest in a pressure cooker, and this is the easiest and fastest preparation recipe anywhere. I devised this recipe for a fast easy prep with the best of flavors. Beef, potatoes, carrots, onions, celery with fresh peas added later are the basis, I add beef broth and spices as well for the flavor. This sauce is delicious! Use Chuck Roast, Tri Tip, Sirloin, Rump Roast any kind of beef, best if it's on sale!

Ingredients

Beef 2 1/2 Kilogram (about 5 lbs)
Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Potatoes 5
Carrots 2
Celery stalks 2
Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Onions 2
Peas 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Beef broth/Beef boullion 2 Cup (32 tbs)
For spice blend:
Pepper 2 Teaspoon
Celery salt 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Kosher salt 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Granulated garlic 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Rosemary 1 Teaspoon
Thyme 1 Teaspoon
Corn starch 3 Tablespoon
Water  
For slurry:
Water 3 Tablespoon
Corn starch 3 Tablespoon
