The collection of everyday quick easy sabjis to go with your Daal, Roti, Chawal etc or complete thali. This episode features the sabjis made with Palak Pyaz (Spinach onion), Cabbage Sambharo, Gobi Matar (Cauliflower peas), and aloo fry (Baby Potato Fry). All these sabjis cook fast and help to eat more vegetables with ease.

Ingredients

For spinach onion sabji:
Spinach 1/2 Kilogram , washed (chopped)
Oil 1 Teaspoon
Mustard seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
Urad dal 1 Tablespoon
Ground peanuts 2 Tablespoon
Chopped onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Ginger paste 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Coriander cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder To Taste
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
For cabbage sambharo sabji:
Chopped cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Carrot 1/2 , julienned
Capsicum strips 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Curry leaves sprig 1 , torn
Oil 1 Teaspoon
Sambar masala 1 Tablespoon
Dry whole red chilies 1
For gobi matar sabji:
Cauliflower head 1 , chop
Frozen peas 1 Cup (16 tbs) , thawed
Oil 1 Teaspoon
Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
Ginger paste 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic paste 1/2 Teaspoon
Green chilli paste To Taste
Salt To Taste
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Coriander cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
For baby potato fry:
Baby potatoes 500 Gram , slice (about 1 lb)
Oil 1/2 Tablespoon
Mustard seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder To Taste
Coriander cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Sesame seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
