Ay Carumba! Im Kraving mexican food! Taco night is always fun. I invited some friends over for a no fuss menu. In this recipe, I use my own homemade taco blend, but you can easily substitute this for a store bought version. The advantages of making it yourself, besides it being super fresh is that you can also control the salt and the spice levels.Here are the ingredients and steps to make this recipe!


For seasoning:
Mexican chili powder 2 Teaspoon
Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
Red chilli falkes 1 Teaspoon
Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
Smoked paprika 2 Teaspoon
Cumin powder 4 Teaspoon
Sea salt 2 Teaspoon
Black pepper 2 Teaspoon
Cinnamon powder 1 Teaspoon
Cocoa powder 2 Teaspoon
For other ingredients:
Minced garlic 4 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Oil 5 Tablespoon , divided (4 tbsp for mixing in the seasoning and 1 tbsp for frying the chicken)
Lime 1 , juiced
Boneless chicken thigh 500 Gram (about 1 lb)
Chicken stock 2 Liter
Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
Tortillas 4
Grated cheese 4 Teaspoon
Pickle 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (fresh pickle)
Avocado 1/2 , slice
Sour cream 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Jalapeno sauce 3 Teaspoon
