Cabbage paratha recipe is simple paratha made by adding cabbage and seasoning to the wheat flour. It is a quick breakfast recipe and are the best enjoyed with a bowl of fresh curd.
|Shredded cabbage||3/4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Whole wheat flour||3 Cup (48 tbs) (gehun ka atta, plus extra for rolling)|
|Finely chopped green chillies||1 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped coriander||1 Tablespoon (dhania)|
|Curd||1 Cup (16 tbs) (for serving)|
1. Combine the cabbage with little salt, mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes. Squeeze the excess water from the cabbage.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and knead into a soft dough, using very little water.
3. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 6" diameter, using little whole wheat flour for rolling.
4. Heat a tava and cook each paratha, using 1 tsp of ghee, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
5. Serve hot.
