|Green chutney||2 Tablespoon|
|Sweet chutney||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chaat masala||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||5 1/2 Teaspoon|
|Chilli powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped raw mangoes||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped coriander||1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (dhania)|
|Coarsely crushed papdis||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sev||1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (for garnish)|
