Sprouted moong beans 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Ginger To Taste
Green chilli To Taste
Spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (use as required)
Whole wheat flour/Multigrain flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Coriander cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Oil 4 Teaspoon (use as required)
