Many of my followers ask me how do I maintain my eating habits and all I have to say is that prepare simple food with seasonal ingredients and enjoy all the benefits of handmade meal at home. This yummy delicious salad is very versatile for lunchbox and even picnic party as well.


Quinoa 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Lemon 1
Basil leaves To Taste
Red onion 1
Cilantro To Taste
Peach 1
Dried coconut chips 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Sliced almond 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Ground cumin 1/4 Teaspoon
Red pepper flakes To Taste
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Garlic flakes 1/4 Teaspoon
