Chicago Style Sausage Pizza - Matador Prime Steaks

On this video, I try my hand at making Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza with Matador Prime Steaks custom made pork belly sausage.


For the dough:
All purpose flour 5 Cup (80 tbs)
Corn meal 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Yeast 1/2 Teaspoon (fast active yeast)
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (hot water with olive oil)
For pizza sauce:
Canned diced tomatoes 20 Ounce (1 can)
Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 can)
Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 can)
Dried oregano 1 1/4 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
For pizza:
Mozzarella cheese slices 10
Fresh mozzarella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sausage link 1
Tomato sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs) (see the recipe ingredients above)
Grated parmesan cheese 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
