On this video, I get to fire up my LoneStar offset and cook a classic no fuss brisket with a simple coffee rub smoked with some hickory. Enjoy!


Brisket 20 Pound
Worcester shire sauce 4 Tablespoon
For coffee rub:
Ground coffee 1 Tablespoon
Kosher salt 1 Tablespoon
Dark brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
Smoked paprika 2 Teaspoon
Ancho chile powder 2 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
Freshly ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon
