Mashed potato | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
All purpose flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Baking powder | 4 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Milk | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Lard | 1 Tablespoon | |
Melted butter | 1 Tablespoon |
GETTING READY:
1. Preheat oven to 450ºF.
MAKING:
2. Mix together dry ingredients and then stir into potato.
3. Add in the fats and milk and mix completely.
4. Pat out dough on a floured counter to ½” thick. Cut into biscuits - gather and re pat any extra dough.
5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
