Asian Apple Noodle Salad - Easy Healthy Recipe

In this recipe, I make a delicious but simple dressing lime juice, fish sauce, sesame oil, diced ginger, garlic, spring onion, coriander, white pepper chilli and pour that over Apple noodles made in my spiralizer.


For dressing:
Lime 1 , juiced
Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
Fish sauce 2 Tablespoon
Finely chopped ginger 1 Teaspoon
Finely chopped garlic 1 Teaspoon
Finely chopped chili 1/2 Teaspoon
Coriander stems 1/2 Teaspoon , finely chopped
For salad:
Honey crisp apples 2 , spiraled (or any apples of your choice)
Julienned red bell pepper 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Coriander leaves 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Basil leaves 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sliced onions 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Cooked salad shrimp 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Roasted peanuts 2 Tablespoon
Black sesame seeds 1/2 Teaspoon



1. Prepare the dressing by whipping all the dressing ingredients together.

2. Using a spiralizer, turn two apples into noodles and quickly add the dressing to coat the apple noodles to prevent browning.


3. Toss in all the other ingredients and serve fresh
