|Chicken breast||2 (use as required)|
|Buttermilk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Refined flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Paprika powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper powder||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Baking powder||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1 Teaspoon|
1. In a bowl of chicken, add buttermilk and mix well.
2. In a bowl of refined flour, add paprika, black pepper powder, garlic powder, baking powder, salt and mix it well.
3. Dip the chicken into the refined flour mixture, egg and again in the refined flour mixture.
4. Heat oil in a vessel, add the coated chicken in it and fry it crisp. Our Chicken Fingers are ready to serve.
