It's advisable to eat healthy food during pregnancy or post-pregnancy. Today chef Archana is going to show you one such recipe that fits into the diet and that is Poppy seeds bhaji or Khaskhaschi Bhaji.


Oil 2 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Coriander leaves To Taste
Onions 2
Salt To Taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Poppy seeds 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (use as required)



1. Heat oil in a vessel, add turmeric powder, coriander leaves, onions, salt, black pepper powder, saute it until it softens.

2. In a mixer jar, add poppy seeds, water and grind it coarse. Add the poppy seed paste into the pan.

3. Add water, mix well, close the lid and let it cook. Our Khas Khas Bhaji is ready to plate. Garnish it with coriander and its ready.


4. Serve and Enjoy!
