Learn how to make Paneer Manchurian at home with Chef Ruchi Bharani on Rajshri Food. Paneer Manchurian Gravy is an Indo-Chinese recipe that goes well with fried rice. This is an easy to make dish, that is extremely tasty and can be made without much effort from your side.

Ingredients

For manchurian:
Paneer 150 Gram
Chopped cabbage 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Finely chopped capsicum 2 Tablespoon
Finely chopped carrot 2 Tablespoon
Green chile 1 , finely chopped
Salt To Taste
Black pepper To Taste
Plain flour 2 Tablespoon
Corn flour 2 Tablespoon
Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)
For gravy:
Oil 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Chopped garlic 2 Tablespoon
Chopped ginger 2 Tablespoon
Chopped celery 2 Tablespoon
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Chilli garlic sauce 2 Tablespoon
Tomato ketchup 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Green chillies 2 , finely chopped
Black pepper powder To Taste
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Corn flour 1 Tablespoon (+1/2 cup water= corn flour slurry)
Salt To Taste
Spring onions 2 , finely chopped

Directions

MAKING:

For Manchurian:

1.In a bowl, add paneer, cabbage, capsicum, carrot, green chilli, salt, black pepper, plain flour, corn flour and mix them well.

2.Shape them into 1/2 inch balls.

3.Fry them in hot oil until they are crisp.

For Gravy:

4.Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger, celery, saute the ingredients for a minute.

5.Add soy sauce, chilli-garlic sauce, ketchup and give it a mix.

6.Add green chillies, black pepper powder, water and give it a boil.

7.Add corn flour slurry, boil the slurry for 2-3 minutes.

8.Add salt, manchurian balls and let them cook for 2-3 minutes.

9.Add spring onions and mix well.

SERVING:

10.Serve and enjoy!
