GETTING READY:
1.Preheat oven to 200°C.
MAKING:
2.Steam the veggies till they tender and then mash them.
3.Add onion powder, garlic, salt, brow bread-crumbs and mix well.
4.Take a portion of the mixture and form nuggets of it.
5.Place them on a baking tray and bake it 200°C for 10-12 minutes.
