Chopped garlic | 1 Tablespoon | |
Onion | 1 , shredded | |
Green pepper | 1 , chop | |
Red pepper | 1 , chop | |
Carrot | 1 , julienned | |
Red chilli sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
Pepper powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Spring onion | 1 , chop |
MAKING:
1.Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic, saute them for a few seconds.
2.Add onion, saute them for a minute and then add red & green bell peppers.
3.Add carrot, red chilli sauce, soy sauce, pepper powder, sugar, salt and give it a mix.
4.Add the chapati noodles, give it a good mix and add spring onion. Give it a mix.
