Ghee | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Wheat flour | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (roasted) | |
Semolina | 2 Tablespoon | |
Dessicated coconut | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (dried) | |
Chopped nuts | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Almonds and Pistachios) | |
Raisins | 1/8 Cup (2 tbs) | |
Cardamom pods | 4 , crush | |
Powdered sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
MAKING:
1.Heat a pan, add ghee and allow it to heat on medium flame.
2.Add semolina, wheat flour, roast them till they are nice and golden brown.
3.Add coconut, mix well and transfer it to a bowl.
4.Allow the mixture to come down to room temperature.
5.Add almonds, pistachios, raisins, cardamom, sugar and mix them well with your fingers.
6.Take lemon sized balls of the mixture and convert them into ladoo's.
