Keto Air Fried Jalapeno Poppers

Today I am made Air Fried Jalapeno Poppers. I use a combination of sharp cheddar cheese, monterey jack cheese and cream cheese. You can use any melty cheese you like. The crushed pork rinds was a perfect choice because it kept the poppers crunchy and keto friendly. This is a perfect keto low carb snack recipe.


Canned pickled jalapeno peppers 12 Ounce
Cream cheese 2 Ounce
Shredded sharp cheddar 2 Ounce
Shredded monterey jack cheese 2 Ounce
Crushed pork rinds 3 1/4 Ounce
Paprika 1/2 Teaspoon
Onion powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Dried italian seasoning 1/2 Teaspoon
Eggs 2 Large
Oat fiber 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
