Today I am made Air Fried Jalapeno Poppers. I use a combination of sharp cheddar cheese, monterey jack cheese and cream cheese. You can use any melty cheese you like. The crushed pork rinds was a perfect choice because it kept the poppers crunchy and keto friendly. This is a perfect keto low carb snack recipe.
