|Unsalted butter||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , softened|
|Cream cheese||6 Ounce , softened (I use Trader Joes)|
|Sugar replacement||3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (I used Swerve)|
|Pure lemon extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Stevia extract||20 Drop|
|Blanched almond flour||2 Cup (32 tbs) (I use the Costco Brand)|
|Baking powder||1 1/2 Teaspoon|
|Sugar replacement||2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (I used Swerve)|
|Heavy cream||4 Tablespoon|
|Pure lemon extract||1/2 Teaspoon|
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.In a medium bowl combine the almond flour, baking powder and salt then set aside.
3.In a large mixing bowl using an electric hand mixer whisk the butter, cream cheese and sweetener until combined. Add the egg (one at a time) until well combined. Add the liquid Stevia and the lemon extract and combine.
4.Gradually add the flour to the cream cheese mixture and combine until you get a uniformed mixture.
5.Spoon the mixture into a parchment line baking dish and bake for 45-55 minutes. Allow to completely cool.
6.Top with the glaze mixture.
7.Serve and enjoy.
