Keto Lemon Pound Cake

This is the best tasting Keto Lemon Pound cake recipe! It is moist and delicious. This is a copy cat recipe for Starbucks Lemon Loaf, yum!


Unsalted butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , softened
Cream cheese 6 Ounce , softened (I use Trader Joes)
Sugar replacement 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (I used Swerve)
Eggs 4 Large
Pure lemon extract 2 Teaspoon
Stevia extract 20 Drop
Blanched almond flour 2 Cup (32 tbs) (I use the Costco Brand)
Baking powder 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
For glaze:
Sugar replacement 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (I used Swerve)
Heavy cream 4 Tablespoon
Pure lemon extract 1/2 Teaspoon



1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


2.In a medium bowl combine the almond flour, baking powder and salt then set aside.

3.In a large mixing bowl using an electric hand mixer whisk the butter, cream cheese and sweetener until combined. Add the egg (one at a time) until well combined. Add the liquid Stevia and the lemon extract and combine.

4.Gradually add the flour to the cream cheese mixture and combine until you get a uniformed mixture.

5.Spoon the mixture into a parchment line baking dish and bake for 45-55 minutes. Allow to completely cool.

6.Top with the glaze mixture.


7.Serve and enjoy.
