This keto taco soup is a burst of flavor. Its like having a bowl of queso soup, rich in flavor so yum! Everyone makes this soup slightly different so I hope you enjoy my version of this soup. I think its delicious and one of the best taco soups out there.
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Onions||1/2 Medium , chop|
|Minced garlic||2 Tablespoon|
|Homemade taco seasoning||2 Tablespoon|
|Beef broth||32 Ounce|
|Canned diced tomato and green chili||29 Ounce (2 cans 14 1/2 oz each)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 package)|
|Dried cilantro||1 Tablespoon|
1.Cook the ground beef then drain out excess fat.
2.Add the onions and cook for about 4 minutes with the beef, then add the garlic and cook a minute longer.
3.Add half of the taco seasoning and combine it with the beef mixture.
4.Add the meat mixture to the crock pot.
5.Pour in the beef broth, tomatoes, dried cilantro and remaining taco seasoning.
6.Add the cream cheese and combine.
7.Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.
8.Top with cheese, fresh cilantro and sour cream. Serve hot and enjoy.
