Corn Methi Kebab

Corn Methi Kebab is simple to make and delicious to taste. This starter is sure to win praises for you in a healthy or low cal dinner party.


For corn methi kebab:
Boiled and coarsely crushed sweet corn kernels 1 Cup (16 tbs) (makai ke dane)
Chopped fenugreek leaves 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (methi)
Boiled peeled mashed potatoes 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped coriander 2 Tablespoon (dhania)
Chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
Cumin powder 1/2 Teaspoon (jeera)
Rice flour 2 Tablespoon (chawal ka atta)
Cornflour 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Oil 1 Teaspoon



1. To make, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into 50 mm. (2”) diameter round flat tikkis.

3. Cook each tikki on a non-stick tava (griddle) using 1/8 tsp of oil till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.


4. Serve hot.
