Corn Methi Kebab is simple to make and delicious to taste. This starter is sure to win praises for you in a healthy or low cal dinner party.
|For corn methi kebab:|
|Boiled and coarsely crushed sweet corn kernels||1 Cup (16 tbs) (makai ke dane)|
|Chopped fenugreek leaves||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (methi)|
|Boiled peeled mashed potatoes||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped coriander||2 Tablespoon (dhania)|
|Chilli powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Cumin powder||1/2 Teaspoon (jeera)|
|Rice flour||2 Tablespoon (chawal ka atta)|
1. To make, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into 50 mm. (2”) diameter round flat tikkis.
3. Cook each tikki on a non-stick tava (griddle) using 1/8 tsp of oil till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.
4. Serve hot.
