Hai! so today I figured I'd recreate the dinuguan from last weeks vlog.
I mean, it's halloween so guess its just fitting. Also don't forget to check out these lovely amazing humans!

Ingredients

Red onion 1 , finely chopped
Ginger piece 1 Inch , slice
Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm) , finely chopped
Lemon grass 1
Annatto oil 2 Tablespoon
Pork belly 250 Gram , cubed
Beef stock 2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs) (For reconstitution)
Dried red chiles 5
Bay leaves 4
Black pepper corns 1 Tablespoon
Pork blood 2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs)
Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sliced green onion tops 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Chicharon 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
