Peanut Butter Balls

We have made these yummy peanut butter balls every Christmas for 24 years. I always make them with my Mother in Law. Now my little girl loves making them with us.

Ingredients

Peanut butter 1 1/3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
Graham crackers 1 1/3 Cup (21.33 tbs) , crush
Margarine sticks/Butter 2 , melt
Pure vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Powdered sugar 1 Pound (1 pound box)
Semi sweet chocolate chips 12 Ounce (1 bag, met it along with 1/3 bock of paraffin)

Directions

MAKING:

1. Mix peanut butter, margarine, vanilla in large bowl. Mix in graham crackers and powdered sugar with hands until stiff. Form into bite-size balls.

2. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in top pot of a double boiler. (with simmering water in lowest pot) Dip peanut butter balls into melted chocolate with toothpick and put on wax paper to dry.
