Three cheeses (cream cheese, Parmesan, and mozzarella) combine with bacon, corn, and a hint of ranch dressing mix to make this delectable warm dip thats perfect for any cracker or chip. Its so cheesy and delicious! Theres just something amazing about the combination of bacon and cream cheese. My Bacon and Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms are the perfect examples. But today were talking about this cheesy dip.
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce , softened (1 pkg)|
|Ranch dressing mix||1 Tablespoon|
|Cooked crumbled bacon||2 1/4 Ounce (1 pkg)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded mozarella||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Frozen corn kernels||10 Ounce , thawed (1 pkg)|
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8 to 10-inch cast iron skillet or pie plate.
2. In a large bowl, stir together the cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and bacon. Add the Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and corn. Mix well.
3. Spread the mixture in the prepared skillet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
