Spaghetti Carbonara

Creamy Spaghetti Carbonara pasta with a smokey bacon is easy and oh so delicious! Its Italian comfort food at its best.
Carbonara is an Italian pasta dish from Rome. Spaghetti Carbonara is a plate of heavenly, creamy pasta. I mean silky spaghetti and crispy bacon in a super creamy and cheesy sauce, whats not to love?


Spaghetti pasta 1 Pound
Bacon 1/2 Pound (cooked crisp and crumbled)
Shredded parmesan cheese 4 Ounce
Half and half cream/Whole milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Ground cinnamon 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Yolks 4



1. Cook bacon and crumble.

2. Cook and drain pasta.

3. Remove bacon from pan and drain off most of the oil.

4. Add cinnamon to pan and saute' 30 seconds.

5. In a bowl, whisk egg yolks, half and half, salt, pepper, and cheese. Add this cream mixture to pan.

6. Whisk and heat through.

7. Add bacon and pasta to cream sauce. Toss.


8. Serve and enjoy!
