Angela Sanders Looney and her mother cook their family recipe for Thai Coconut Chicken Curry in an effort to share a little bit of culture with friends in "Community Table," Episode 1608 of Garden Style.


Coconut oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Curry paste 4 Ounce (1 can)
Canned coconut milk 20 Ounce (2 cans of 10 ounces each)
Chicken 1/2 Kilogram
Fish sauce 1 Tablespoon
Bamboo pieces 2 Cup (32 tbs) (strips)
Lime leaves 2
Sliced bell pepper 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Basil leaves 2
Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs) (for serving)
