Today I was hankering for some tasty Shepard's pie with creamy cheesy mash potatoes and thought I would twist it up a bit by smoking lamb shanks instead of the traditional ground lamb. Oh my word. It was one of the best Shepard's pie I have had in a long time.

Guinness beer | 2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs) | |
