Yummy Lamb cutlets.

Lamb cutlets 12 (Frenched, fat trimmed)
Chopped flat leaf parsley 2 Tablespoon
Chopped oregano 2 Tablespoon
Finely grated parmesan 20 Gram (1/4 cup)
Packaged breadcrumbs 35 Gram (1/3 cup)
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Honey 2 Tablespoon
Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Shredded red cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Green apples 2 Small , core (thinly sliced)
Mint leaves 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Dill sprigs 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
