Boondi 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Potatoes 2 , boil ((cut into small peices))
Puris of pani puri 7
Fanta 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Curd 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped coriander 1 Tablespoon
Chopped mint leaves 1 Tablespoon
Chaat masala 1/4 Teaspoon
Pani puri masala 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste , divided ((use as per your taste for all 3 pani))
Water 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs) , divided ((1 cup for numbu paani and 1/4 cup for chaas))
Lemon juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

FOR THE CHAAS:

MAKING:

1.Take a bowl, add curd, mint leaves, coriander, salt & water and mix well.

FOR THE NIMBU PAANI:

MAKING:

1.Take a bowl add lemon juice, salt, pani puri masala, water & ice cubes.

2.Take puris, add mashed potatoes and boondi to it.

SERVING:

3.Serve with 3 different panis and enjoy!
