For the banista phyllo pastry:
Water 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
White sugar 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Salt 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Ground mint 1/4 Teaspoon
Paprika 1/8 Teaspoon
Distilled white vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Powdered milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Flaxseed oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For the burger:
Burger buns 2
Boiled potato 3
Grated paneer 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Peas 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Carrot 1/4 , finely chopped
Grated cabbage 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (plus extra for assembling the burger)
Finely chopped capsicum 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Onion 1/4 , chop (for assembling the burgers)
Mozarella cheese 150 Gram (for assembling the burgers)
Flaxseed oil 1 Tablespoon (plus extra for frying the patties)
Butter 1 Teaspoon
Tomato 1/2 , slice
Bread crumb 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Plus extra for coating the patties)
Cumin 1/4 Teaspoon
Finely chopped green chillies 1/2 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Garam masala 1/4 Teaspoon
Chaat masala 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Finely chopped coriander 1 Tablespoon




1.Combine the water, sugar, salt, mint, paprika, vinegar, lemon juice, and powdered milk in a blender. Puree until smooth.

2.With the blender running, drizzle in the oil in a slow, steady stream. If you add it too fast, the mixture will not thicken. Use more or less oil to make it the thickness you like.

3.Store in the refrigerator.



1.To prepare this easy cheesy burger, put a pan on medium flame and heat Saffola Aura Oil in it.

2.Once the Saffola Aura Oil is sufficiently hot, add the chopped onions, cabbage, peas, carrots, capsicum and saute these ingredients for few minutes.

3.Then add turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala & salt in it and give it a nice stir.

4.Once these ingredients are sautéed properly, remove them from the flame and transfer to a glass bowl.

5.Now, add mashed potatoes in this veggie mixture and add bread crumbs in it. Mix all the ingredients well and take portions of the mixture. Shape them into 4 round patties & add mozzarella cheese cube in middle.

6.Meanwhile, add Saffola Aura Oil in a non-stick pan and heat it over medium flame. Add the prepared patties and fry them for 30 seconds on both sides or until lightly browned.

7.Once the patties are ready, its time for assembling the burgers.

8.Apply some butter on burger buns, spread the mint mayo, place the patty on it, sliced tomatoes, onion, cabbage and cheese slice. Cover it with another side of the bun.


9.Serve it with ketchup and mint mayo.
