Coriander leaves | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Ginger piece | 1 Inch , chop | |
Garlic | 3 Clove (15 gm) | |
Desiccated coconut | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Green chillies | 3 | |
Turmeric powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Garam masala | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Cumin seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Water | 4 Tablespoon | |
Lemon | 1/2 , juiced | |
Oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (for shallow frying) | |
Boiled eggs | 3 | |
Egg whites | 2 |
MAKING:
1.In a blender add coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, desiccated coconut, chillies, turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala, cumin seeds, salt and little bit of water.
2.Pour the paste in a bowl and add the juice of half a lemon.
3.Heat up some oil in a pan for shallow frying.
4.Cut the boiled eggs into half and coat the eggs in the masala. Leave it aside for 5 minutes.
5.Break two eggs and separate the egg whites from the yolk.
6.Dip the masala coated egg into the egg white and place it in the pan and fry.
7. Allow it to fry until its golden brown.
SERVING:
8.Egg Chutney Kebab is ready to be served.
