Plain flour 185 Gram (((plus extra to dust)))
Beer 330 Milliliter
Vegetable oil 1 Liter (((For deep frying)))
Skinless fish fillets 800 Gram (((halved into long strips if necessary)))
Salt To Taste
Lemon wedges 2
Potato chips 1 Cup (16 tbs) (((for serving)))
For tarter sauce:
Whole egg mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Lemon rind 1 Tablespoon
Capers 2 Teaspoon , drained (((finely chopped)))
Gherkins 2 , finely chopped
Chopped flat leaf parsley 2 Tablespoon
